Asia's Princess of Love Songs
Diane de Mesa is a Filipino-American singer-songwriter, international music artist, and lead vocalist based in the Northern California Bay Area. Born in the Philippines and raised in the United States, she discovered her passion for songwriting at the age of seven. Since then, she has written over a thousand original songs and poems, captivating listeners worldwide with her soulful voice, emotionally resonant lyrics, and authentic storytelling.
A versatile and prolific artist, Diane’s discography includes the albums Fly Away (2011), Heartstrings (2013), Only for You (2016), With Love (2019), My Everything (2022), and Begin Again (2024). She is also the frontwoman of the acoustic band Diane de Mesa & LSS, performing throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Diane is set to release her 7th studio album, A New Day in July of 2026 - a project that reflects themes of healing, growth, and artistic renewal.
Dubbed “Asia’s Princess of Love Songs” by renowned broadcaster Andy Verde, Diane has built a strong global following through her YouTube channel, where she shares original music, covers, and international collaborations. A fully independent artist, she is deeply hands-on with her craft—writing, recording, mixing, and editing both her music and visual content—blending heartfelt artistry with technical precision.
Beyond music, Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from San Jose State University, earned in 2008, and is a Registered Nurse by profession. In 2025, she further expanded her creative skill set by completing a diploma in Audio and Music Production from the University of Silicon Valley, uniting artistry with technical mastery.
In 2020, Diane expanded into broadcasting as DJ Diane on PinoyOnline Radio, spotlighting independent artists through live shows, virtual concerts, and international events during the pandemic. In 2021, she launched her own multimedia brand, DDM Music Studios (DDM Studio Live & Production)—a platform encompassing live radio, global livestream productions, and music and video production.
